Need help with seller non-performance

I have 3 ebay accounts which all got shut down on April 1st, because I did not pay the bill on one of them. So I paid the bills on all 3 and about 2 weeks later the account I did not pay on got shut down for seller non-performance. Has anyone had any luck with reinstatement before 30 days. I am broke I have no money and my supplier is going to cut me off and I have not paid any bills. I really need some help with this. They want me to remove some negative feedbacks, but how can I if my accounts are suspended. Does anyone have a number where I can reach someone at ebay with-out having to go through worthless emails? As of today All 3 of my accounts are still closed!

but all 3 of these accounts are over 2 years old with 98.9% feedback or higher and 2 of them were powerseller accounts, It seems that they don't even care about that either. I paid over $2000 per month in fees and apparently they don't care that they are loosing that money either! It takes a while to over 4000 feedback, thats why I want to keep them, will they restore the one that originally got suspended after the 30 day period?

I am wondering if anyone actually tried using the mail forwarding as a kind of the adress? Lets say i have a dozen or so accounts that i need a mailbox for. I really dont want to drive all over town to a dozen UPS stores and pay them all knowing that these accounts have a shelf life of maybe a 6 weeks before they are shut down. Cant i fill out a few mail forwarding adress forms and have mail going from all the accounts with their different adresses to just one UPS store? Or is it so illegal that its going to have the postal inspectors coming after me?

ebay doesnt care about anyone, period, we have all learnt that the hard way
