I've had one successful software listed on eBay and shipped out next day. I know VERO items are risky and high risk. How long should I wait and let the account and cool down before I list one again? I've had no listings pulled.

lol high risk like software I wouldn't list more than once a week, so wait a few days. Experiment a little. But just to let you know, there's really no set "cool down" time. You can relist it 3 times back-to-back and not get your listing taken down. Or you could wait a month and BAM, mc999.

Selling vero items it's like playing russian roulette... there is no rule to be safe, you always will be in danger.

They can be removed after selling as well. You have a long ways to go before you have proven anything.

Truth is, OP didn't listen in the last post they made so they are winging on their own regardless of anyone's advice here. That's totally fine, just be ready to get slammed and don't rely on this operation as a full-time job.

Sorry, there's no such thing as "Cool Down Period" when it comes to Ebay, their Bots are working 24/7 and Vero Bots are working even longer and harder.....
In case you didn't know OP, Many Vero Rights Owners have their own Bots that search Ebay on a daily basis, so don't rely on them slacking off.

Read this German article. Usually it's all based on algorithms - flags, "possible risk/loss", "possible fraud" or so. If some user hit something "bad" (programmed from algorithms), he is being flagged and goes to the "queue" (internal eB section) and then being reviewed by those reps - they can "tick" mass to hit large portion of users with MC999 or some other warning, it reprogram the script to do this automatically.
The same thing with PP.
Google has crawlers/bots, Yahoo, almost all search engines and so. And they have been detected.
Recently in the past (Oct/Nov) when I was doing a phone call, provided my details, etc. - rep found my user to see if he could raise the limits, but he manually browsed one of my listings. Have detected this in real time (because carefully monitor all listings with a code), so he used Windows 7 and IE10 (strange for me), based in US (the listing was in DE, no other Americans browsed it). Detected his IP + useragent.

Right, eBay doesn't need bots. I think MM was just making it easier to understand for others. Bots are used to scrape/read other pages usually 3rd party pages as PeHe mentioned. When you control the website you don't need a bot but an algorithm of sorts.
I'm sure eBay does have bots to do other work however.. they're useful.

If your items are legitimate, you could email the VERO member and ask permission to sell their items. Some VERO members are nice about it, all they want is to know that you are not selling counterfeits.

To be clear, the term VERO refers to eBay's Verified Rights Owner Program. It does NOT mean counterfeit. An item that is VERO may be a totally legitimate item.

An item that is VERO may be a totally legitimate item. | Here is my problem, they banned me because ebay had a glitch in the system and I couldn't revise my listing. I tried increasing the price and got an error message. Then tried to lower the price and it allowed me to. But it would not let me increase it back. I called ebay immediately because my item was selling at the lower price (which was still higher than the TRS's price might I add.) All of a sudden PP bans me for life, on the grounds that my items were priced too low. WTF? I told them to contact Eb, and even Eb admitted it was an issue on their side. PP didn't give a f***. But this issue has pointed me to this forum which very informative. I have the stealth guide and now Stealth seems the only way to go.

hi,
i had problem with one buyer and we reported each other. she reported my item, i reported her that trying to return item wothout any reason. ebay removed my item, the the other one and in 4 days l got 3 separeted MC999 mail for Vero items. brand names and 7 days suspention.
Now l cant list item till monday. i have 300 feedback score 99.4% and l d not have negative feedback for Vero items.
l am living in very small cou try in europe and my stealth account is almost 2 months old with 0 (zero)
l got payment and withdraw at the same time from paypal and in 10 min. MC999 came and they removed my item but payment stay with me. I can take the story long but my only question is,
when is the best time l can list again?
what can l list first?
what is the best cool down period for this kind of situation for MC999?
What can be the reasons l got 3 MC999 for 3 items?
their mail is so polite and they just wanted to give me some attention. l will not list at least 2-3 weeks but i still afraid.
is this MC999 were sent to me because of report of buyer or withdrawing the payment so fast or so many refunds? l have 17000$/560 items limit, l was toprated seller last some months. till building my second account l have be careful and need some advice from all of you. thnxs to all and thxs for our community.
