Same boat as you..

I once in college, when I started my "biz"
sold on eBay and used Paypal under my social.

Years passed, I used a friends account, etc.. got him banned lol, for unrelated issues may I add.

Now, maybe 4-5 years after MY accoutn got banned, I am using an eBay account of my own. Same name.. but my PayPal has my biz EIN attached to it isntead of my Social. Mind you, I am using the same address, my home.. no issues after a year!

OP is asking if the same banned acc got reinstated years later...that is really really rare, if it was truly banned.

I did once get an account that I could not sign in to suddenly, they would not explain, just did not respond...anyway I gave up on it.

years later I asked for password reset on it, and got in and sold on it to this day......
