But wait... does this not apply when you 'dont' have a paypal account? or it has been suspended? or if you decided to get complicated and use two ebay accounts for one paypal account?

Was your account reinstated after you sent a letter to eBay? I took screenshots of my receipts and my account got suspended anyways.

I have same issue currently, and paypal asked me for invoices but can not provide them with what I have.

why is it virtual or services? Proof can always be emails between you and buyer.........all unlikely to work, but if you do not try, you will not find out.....
