They were seized because they are counterfeit. It's nothing to do with the paperwork.

99.9% of any "branded" goods that are purchased on Aliexpress / Alibaba / DHgate are counterfeit.

Did you really believe you were purchasing the real deal?

Assuming you plead ignorance you'll probably get away with a warning this time. If you get caught again importing Chinese specials then you can expect them to take it further.

Tell your supplier to wrap the items in metal tinfoil, that reflects xray scans :-)

I prefer the sucking on a 2 pence piece. No problems with the breathalyser after that.
