Zero selling limit

Hiya, I recently created two stealth accounts. Different user accounts and Static IP are used, and I use other VCC instead of Entropay. But the account is still in 0/0 selling limit. Could anyone tell me why and how to solve that? Thanks

You would need to add in a bank account to the PayPal and then request an increase

You can sometimes just request an increase through chat without adding a bank account, but that is always very hit and miss so adding in the bank account first is always best IMO
