Selling again in ebay

Hello, my problem is I created a new paypal account (new email address ofc) and after I press the list with displayed fees blue bar I logged in to the new paypal account and later I got to add a bank card. What do I supposed to do here? Put my old bank account from the suspended account or apply for a new debit card.

I live in the UK and I believe gift cards, vcc and stuff wont work to sell in ebay

You will need a new bank account as your old one is linked to your suspended account.
