UK eBay & PaypalGeneral discussions about eBay.co.uk Suspensions and Paypal.co.uk limited accounts. This forum is geared towards UK eBay & Paypal sellers.
Just been asked for docs. All uploaded, all have a green tick by them.
My next and last step is apparently to confirm my bank or credit card. So I click 'Next' and it takes me to my Wallet page. I see my card and my bank but neither of them have the option to confirm. It's literally nowhere. All I can do is either edit or remove.
I thought I would have done this back when I opened the account anyway. Thing is, my lifting limits checklist isn't complete until I do it and I keep being notified that more information is needed.
I honestly don't understand - I'm going in circles!
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Sadly there isn't. There's literally no option anywhere on my account to confirm my card.
Wondering whether I should call them? I'm just thinking that the lifting limits process won't look 'complete' on my part because there's no option to confirm, and so in about 100 days, my account will become completely limited.
I heard that a review at this time of year can take weeks, so I may leave it until the New Year. If I haven't heard from them by then, I may give them a call
Just a thought - I don't know how long it'll take this account to go over the limit and grab their attention (sales are rather slow on this one).
So does that mean that if it's not until, say, February, am I going to have to upload a new utility bill when the time comes? Or will they just accept the one I uploaded last week?
It didn't always used to be that way, but it could indeed be a bit confusing for someone not used to it. I know was a bit shocked when it happened to me for the first time, but yes, it's good news!
