premiership logos on items on ebay

Hi. Seeing a lot of items on ebay with the football team logo - Manu, Arsenal e.t.c is it really legal for sellers to do this without permission?

had an issue with munich bayern, i removed items containing their logo, rest of the teams doing fine.. for now...

Bet it will be much more serious issue with all the clubs if you are selling thousands upon thounsads product with their logos

its not legal as stated above however it is not high risk VERO.. the shirts are high risk as they are made by nike,addidas etc but the club own stuff is not and there is enough listed to realise it is not hot topic
