Yes. However, make your paypal first with entropay as the cc & then make
ebay account. Link and away you go.

yes, i have used this for all my stealth accounts, which is like over 20 different accounts now. Once you open your account, you can make new cards , name them, add money to them, or even add money from card to card.

So say you get suspended, you cant use that card anymore right, but you got 5 quid on it, you can transfer it to a new card, and use that with a new account
