i know this is silly question
but i search the whole account and couldn't find the monthly/yearly sending and receiving Limits?

Can someone tell me where can i find it

While logged in. Click on the More drop down bar and then click on Sitemap. On the bottom left under My Profile and Settings, click on View account limits.

another question to lift limit do i need to provide Id and proof of address

as i can see both on lift limit section?
