Can I create second ebay account if the first one is not limited

Hi! Can I just create the second ebay account if the first one is not limited? The first pair of ebay+paypal is fine. Just want to use the same credit card verifying the second ebay account. Want to set up a buying ebay account and a selling ebay account linked with the same paypal, of course same name but different email address. Many thanks

Using same information will link the accounts.

Its a good idea to have multiple accounts, but its not good if their linked. If one goes down, so will the rest.
