changing seller feedback to private

how do you change your seller feedback to private
i have managed to turn them to private but once it is on private it does not let you sell any items so you have to turn your feedback back to public.
any ideas

Are you talking about changing a listing to private? Then it shows up as private in your feedback. You can't change the feedback to private after the sale, it has to be when you list the item, you mark it as private.

The Feedback is NOT private....
The ITEM Listing is private....

and instead of the item number it just says private on your feedback

Yes that's correct. You also can't click the link to go to the auction, but that's pretty much what you said.

I belive your not allowed to sell if your feedback is private..only BUY.

Never seen the point for private feedback unless your buying some shady stuff..Which makes it even more obvious because your feedback is private

If you sell enough items, you can bury any negs under mountains of positives.
