eBay Monitors Messages between Buyers and Sellers?

I recently had a message appear when sending information to a buyer, and it just said messages are monitored for fraud etc.

Do certain keywords flag eBay, and will this put my account at risk in terms of stealth?

Yes they do pick out key words and can stop a message being sent if it triggers something

Their bots are constantly being revamped and improved - so be wary

Just be careful what you send in messages. Certain things can put your account at risk. ie let's do a deal off ebay, hers my number. Call me.

Ah yes but what i usually do is send them a private email thru there paypal email ,,and ask for a mobile number to discus the item The do all the talking on the phone

Best way to reply to buyer it will be £xx through paypal never had any issue with ebay in past by sending this messge
