Uaccount

Hi,

I have set up 3 stealth accounts with 1 bank acc and 2 savings.

I am looking to open another two stealth accounts but do not want to risk any bank accounts to begin with.

I have just opened a uaccount and can open up to 5 accounts with them. Has anyone ever used them for OayPal?

I get an account number and a card. Can I confirm and verify with these dapetails or should I just use the acc number with PayPal? I've heard they can get your real address if you give them card details, long number, etc.

Thanks!

Re: Uaccount

That's incorrect you can have up to 20 at any one time with uAccount.

This is why you should pay the £10 per month. Every account after the first 5 is £1.

No you VERIFY by adding the bank account and you use a VCC (preferably from the supermarket VISA or MASTERCARD) to CONFIRM.

Re: Uaccount

just had a look at their 'FAQs' and they say you can use for paypal, but you need to call into paypal to add the account.

Can anyone who has used these wccounts clarify this please? If you get a unique account number for each account as well as sort code, then why would you need to call paypal rather than just add like any other account? Is this just an error by uaccount in their words chosen?

Re: Uaccount

Also, thinking ahead, how easy are these 'extra' accounts to close and reopen?

vetus 01-12-2017 04:37 PM

Re: Uaccount

Easy - just choose the option to open a new sub account once signed into the online section.

I haven't had to call PayPal to add them but it is a PayPal glitch sometimes where you do need to call. This isn't a Uaccount issue.

Re: Uaccount

Having to call into PayPal to add a bank is usually because those account numbers are regularly recycled. Any account previously attached to PayPal requires you to call in. They usually then remove it from any other associated account (if need be), before adding it on to your account.

Nearly all banks will at some point recycle account numbers. Uaccount will be the same

It is a very nice little website though

So long as your the electoral role it looks like it does go through right away

Re: Uaccount

I will keep you guys updated and also created a thread with my findings.

It took minutes to set up, no ID required and the card is on its way.

I have used the free option to test it out.

Adding extra cards takes seconds.

Is there card avs

JamesNorth101 01-13-2017 10:22 AM

Re: Uaccount

Most actual physical cards use some form of AVS so I would assume so

There is nothing you need to say to keep us updated, I have already confirmed on another thread it works perfectly.

You WILL receive a questionnaire from them like Payoneer used to send out, make sure you answer it FULLY and CORRECTLY.

How good is this uaccount, are it will decrease my credit rating if i apply for it?

JamesNorth101 01-15-2017 06:53 AM

Re: Uaccount

It will run a soft credit check. This will not effect your credit score

Re: Uaccount

Can someone explain, why to make account took just few minutes with out any ID verifycation, what about this think HMRC and can i make accounts on any name than?

JamesNorth101 01-15-2017 12:39 PM

Re: Uaccount

They wont have asked for any ID so long as you pass the soft credit check.

You should only be using your real details.

HMRC > Not really sure what HMRC would have to do with it to be honest?

Den 01-15-2017 12:45 PM

Re: Uaccount

Hmmmm...so now any person can open account on some person name if u know a personal details...

Re: Uaccount

Anyone has always been able to do that so long as they are happy to spend a few years in jail when they can caught doing it which would inevitably happen. Fraud isn't a new thing

A bank would normally only send the card associated with the account to the address on file - so if someone randomly receives a card from a bank, then they would most certainly report it. So it would be very difficult to get away with it.

Re: Uaccount

So account can be only registered on name and address of person who registered for electoral rolls at that address?

JamesNorth101 01-16-2017 11:19 AM

Re: Uaccount

Why exactly are you asking all these questions?

Use your own real details to open an account. Simple as that. You are committing fraud otherwise and that IS jail time

just try to clear for myself how safe is this service.

Re: Uaccount

Its fine to use with your own details.

Asking about how to use other peoples details and still get the card without them knowing is a very different kettle of fish and not something the forum will help you with.

Re: Uaccount

Fraud has always worked that way. Its always been possible its not anything new.

Keep an eye on your credit searches and if a card arrives that you didn't order contact the bank

only UK resident can open an account?

Ebayorbust 01-16-2017 12:52 PM

Re: Uaccount

According to the website, it is UK only at the moment.

blobby 01-18-2017 08:42 AM

Re: Uaccount

So I have got my mastercard through now, and that has raised my limits somewhat. However they are still such that I am only allowed to withdrawal from the whole account £10k a month. Now across 20 x accounts that is only £500 a month on average each and not that much.

SO my question to those who have used these accounts for a while, do your limits continue to rise, the older the account gets, the more activity that goes through them, etc..

OR, is the max I will ever be able to get out of these a total of £10k a month?

Play 01-18-2017 10:24 AM

Re: Uaccount

@Blobby - if your in a position whereby withdrawing £10k/month is not enough, you need to consider spreading your eggs out more. Utilise other banks in addition to uaccount.

Oh I do, I have plenty of accounts. I am just trying to fully understand EXACTLY what restrictions may be in place for Uaccount before I start using them for stealth, so that I can plan ahead and be prepared.

Ebayorbust 01-18-2017 10:59 AM

Re: Uaccount

I don't think these accounts are designed for business use so I'd be surprised if the limit is increased to more than £10k a month.

If you find that it does, please come back and update the thread.

JamesNorth101 01-18-2017 11:04 AM

Re: Uaccount

It may be worth asking Uaccount. They are the ones that would know

Ebayorbust 01-18-2017 11:07 AM

Re: Uaccount

No harm in phoning but I wouldn't mention anything about using them as part of your business just in case it is a breach of their T&Cs.

you need business accounts if you're doing that much, I've had natwest, nationwide and halifax closed for putting 10-20k a month through

I've used Lloyds, TSB and Santander putting through 15k+ every month on standard current/ savers accounts which have been fine. How long before you was closed?? Also if you open a business account with any one bank can you also add savers??
