Like the title says,,, the lady wants to return the item which is worth 60 pounds what do i do as regarding my stealth address

Iv been trying to work with her as i feel its a user problem .but shes now sent a return reqst

No its not

Iv just had an idea iv sent her an email saying instead of sending it back to me send it to my engineer so he can check it out

Then i realized i could just send a courier to pick it up from her,,. but after i already emailed here about my engineer

Or you can email her directly from outside the ebay messaging system from her payment email information in PP with your return details
then email her from ebay saying you have sent her a personal email with all the return information in,

And you would cause your account to crash and burn by going outside of the system.

This is exactly what I do.
I pay for all my returns so I just attach a label with simple instructions on how to print.

If they had opened a case or started a return; I go back to eBay, approve the returns and make it a point to select the option that says I have supplied a label.
In my opinion, this leave the customer less room to maneuver as the countdown would have started.

She now wants me to pick it up and check it if it ok she wants me to send it back to her

so i think il email her thru here paypal email

pick it up fix it drop it off teach her how to use it for a few hours and
you will get great feedback
but also become a busy fool :boink:

consider emailling her a label to her paypal email address from parcel2go with your alternative daytime address with your grandmas name on itall she has to di is print it and stick it on to you. when it arrives video it as you unbox it giving a commentry about how its been damaged through her bad packing and make a reverse claims for not as described when returned and she may not get the refund

Pick it up but dont sign anything. how can she prove to ebay you picked it up ?

go to advanced search and make details request. ebay will email you her telephone number and name and also email her your name and number. speak to her on the phone and see what you can do. be smart when you call remember ebay paypal are on her side sell your self to her
