This is exactly what I do.
I pay for all my returns so I just attach a label with simple instructions on how to print.
If they had opened a case or started a return; I go back to eBay, approve the returns and make it a point to select the option that says I have supplied a label.
In my opinion, this leave the customer less room to maneuver as the countdown would have started.
consider emailling her a label to her paypal email address from parcel2go with your alternative daytime address with your grandmas name on itall she has to di is print it and stick it on to you. when it arrives video it as you unbox it giving a commentry about how its been damaged through her bad packing and make a reverse claims for not as described when returned and she may not get the refund
