If you sold something of good quality you would not need to do that stuff.

So from your dumb post, I feel you sell rubbish goods so I hope you get shut down.

Ok calm your self, oh high and mighty god of Aspkins ,..,. i only said it because iv only just started my accounts ,,and people are less willing to be the first to buy from someone with20 pos feedback's,, rather than someone with 2000 ,,,and sometimes you just need that first to buy to get the ball rolling .....im sure you know with your great experience ,,when you first post an item it can take a long time until people take the plunge and start buying

shill bidding eg. driving up the price of your own auction is different to just buying from yourself and dropping feedback. OP means the latter? Just be careful doing it....
Even easier is just to list 20 cheap items, at least half will sell and maybe half again will leave feedbck, rinse and repeat.....

aw c'mon...who is going to enforce that on ebay? anyway shilling on your own is not the worst thing, as people have a choice on how much they want to pay anyway......the worst is competition bidding/driving up prices or buying on other peoples stuff......
