Unless the seller transferred cookies with the sale, your computer will raise flags. Even if they transferred cookies, you're still probably going to have to through some sort of verification process. (hope the seller was smart enough to transfer a verifiable phone #). The first thing you sell on that account, eBay will call you to confirm the #.
Also, an account with feedback from purchases tells people you can make payments- that's all. If someone was to buy something from you they have no way of telling whether you're a reliable seller.
My advice is to start selling inexpensive items at first, build selling feedback, then list the good stuff (assuming you have it).
