Ebay throttling limit increase

So I've noticed throttling is a thing as my account hasn't made a single sale today yet it makes around 5-10 every day..

Anyone else who experienced this know if the throttle limit increases with each month? Or does it stay the same?

I usually notice throttling when I forget to mark items as dispatched. We usually get items packed and ready to go on a daily basis.

There seems to be a strong correlation (IMO) between not marking items as shipped and number of sales (they tend to start significantly dropping after a few days).

Poor DSRs / Neg feedback might also play a part too.
