paypal suspension however ebay is ok

hi guys,
so i was after some advice. my paypal has been suspended and it was a legit account, been using it for 15 years, and i have a powerseller account on ebay. paypal sent me an email this night saying money is being held for 180 days.

can i still use the same ebay with a different paypal address? can i use a friends to receive payments or create one with a family members and use it on the same ebay? whats the best way to go about things if as i suspect paypal do not reinstate my account?

do i need to change laptops, ips, router etc?

You will need a new ebay and paypal to start again fresh. Trying to add a new paypal will only last so long.

I had a 2 year old ebay and paypal account.

Paypal account was banned so I created a new Paypal account and linked to the old Ebay account - 3 months and still working fine.

I created the new paypal account on a new windows profile, new IP, new address, etc

I was told by an ebay agent that it might work for a while but eventually they will connect the new paypal to the old ebay account. I had a problem with my paypal and got a senior agent who was loose with the info. She told me to get a new paypal with a new email account and use that until I had my paypal issue corrected but that eventually they would link them.

I guess you can continue to use it knowing it might be closed at any time.
Just don't leave money in it.

Yes I leave very little money in the Paypal as I accept it will go any day.
