They are asking for birth certificate. not provided them with one yet.

Curious on how the passport and driving license scans are being rejected. I think the documents are checked on some database to see if genuine or not.

They have said that a checking software is used to verify the legitimacy of the documents supplied. If it fails that's it they won't accept no matter how legit they look in the eyes of a human... lol

Stop talking bull dust.

For starters your flag is USA and these users are from the UK.

The processes are DIFFERENT and more DIFFICULT at times to resolve.

When you know the right story, speak the speak otherwise SHHHHHHH.

Had no joy with sending birth cert. was not accepted by UK paypal scum. I do not know if they can crosscheck to see if real or not like they do with passport/DL

I have been having success withdrawing money after the 180 day holds by phoning USA paypal and explaining the 180 hold is over and I would like to withdraw my money.

You will be connected to limitations department after explaining your problem to the first rep. limitations will have a look at the account then you get the withdrawal email while on the phone and the funds are ready to be withdrawn.


Just had a two year account with 4000 grand in released this way. if you get a rep who makes a problem (only UK paypal can deal with your account), hang up and just call them back and find someone who can help you out.

4 accounts this week have had funds released this way. thinking of donating to the USA paypal Christmas party.

American paypal far far more friendly and helpful than the UK/Irish Paypal call centre scum.

UK are just generally more serious in all aspects. This example will be off topic but I mean look at Shark Tank and Dragons Den ... Shark Tank is a carnival with flashing lights, loud music, insults and comedy. But yet Dragons Den is really serious.

Back on topic. I was dealing with US ebay and they were using slang words in ebay chat and when she called she was so loud I found it quite overwhelming. Americans speak so fast and so much. UK ebay on the other hand, completely different.
