hi I have a static ip address is there any way to get round this to establish a stelth account

Yes, find a new way to get a non-static IP.....such as VPN's, Proxies, Mifi/Dongle, Phone Tethering, hell...even Dial-Up!

footnote just had a look at my network adapter properties and the obtain ip automaticly is checked ?? getting confused now does this mean i am on dynamic after all ??/ sorry but bit thick at all this any help would be very much appreciated

Most likely you have what they call as Residential IP. This is perfectly fine, just track and don't overlap.

Just get a dongle or a vpn. It's the easiest method.
