am i ready for Stelth ??
 

Hi Guys
i have looked into this Stelth business & taken a long time to review the Uk & Usa posts as they do differ a bit as to what to do so I have not just set up an account on lightly .....Right what I need to know if i have done everything correctly & if theres anything I have missed out before I set the new account up ?
1 : I have a new ip address
2 : I have opened a new bank account
3 : i have an uk address that I can access
4 : I have not yet set up a new Paypal account as I thought i would do that at the same time i set up a new Ebay account
5 : i shall not be useing any of my old details from my old ebay account
6 : my laptop is very slow at the minute plus have to work in safe mode so would a clean format be the best thing or just clear my cookies on firefox ( I have already done so on on chrome.)
7 : will be setting up a new user account ( or just go for the format )
Right sorry to go on but just need to be sure what I am doing before I go ahead

New user account will suffice. If your laptop is slow, a factory reset may be a good way to go about things first.

Overall everything looks okay. But if you haven't already I would give the stealth guide a quick read to make sure you've got all grounds covered.

Some things you haven't made mention of, i.e. the address your going to use, if its previously been used, if your financial information is attached to that address, since if its not, you wont be able to add and confirm a card - you'll need a VCC etc.

thanks for that , the address i'm going to use is a fresh address but accesable !

Looking on the forum posts a lot of guys are saying Vcc are no good as paypal wont verify them = you cannot withdraw ? just wondering what is the point of them ???

Normally you take your credit/debit, add it to PayPal - this confirms the address on the PayPal.

But since your bank is at address (X) and your using another address (Y), the card wont add to PayPal.

That's where a VCC comes in handy. See marketplace for VCCs.

As for withdrawal, you withdraw to a bank, not VCC (this applies to all UK based PayPal accounts).

This may be confusing to get your head round at first, if you don't understand, just post back and i'll clarify it for you.

yes it is all very confusing dont really understand any of it, to be honest one post says one thing and another post says quite the oppisite so not sure what track to take if you see what i mean ?
