Has anyone else used this service? Pure VPN dedicated UK IP.

Pure VPN confirmed the IP's are fresh and not re-used.

I agree, this is overused/abused VPN. If you want to get limited fast use them...

Whoever you spoke to clearly misinformed you.

I dont think they even offer a dedicated IP, let alone a fresh one (each time).
