I'm not sure if you can stop an excheque?

Perhaps try paying the fee now or unlinking your paypal from ebay.

To be honest a one time excheque shouldn't cause you any issues. I've had it happen before and nothing resulted from it.

It may well go through in that case

Its just a waiting game.

As a one off its unlikely to cause you any issues

I'm unsure what an eCheque actually is, if its a direct debit withdrawal you could probably cancel the Paypal direct debit mandate from within your bank account and make a one time payment to ebay direct from Paypal account. However, this may attract unwanted attention to your Paypal account and cause problems later. Or as James North said just wait and see what happens.

I paid a seller via eCheque accidentally - there was absolutely no way to get it cancelled/reversed.

Calling in to PayPal didn't help either.

It's just a waiting game now. See what happens.

My advice is don't let paypal deduct payments. Take control and make your own payments so you know exactly when it comes out. I have had problems with echecks in the past.

I make a one time payment directly from my paypal every 2 weeks so they don't build up. $30-$40 payments here and there. Nothing worse than owing them $300 and you don't have the balance.
