frustrating day trying to remove negative feedback But id did it
Basically it was a glass item that arrived at the customer perfect but he admitted he broke it when screwing the handles on
But i said to him show me pics ,he did he clearly over tightened them,
I said theres not much i can do, i haven't any in stock blah blah ,
So i phoned ebay after a frustrating hour speaking to a Philippian person who was trying to say the customer was trying to reach out to me ,I said, "what by leaving negative feedback and demanding money"?
Any way he wasn't going to remove it the "bietch I was really getting annoyed but had to hold it in ..I did put the phone down on him in the end
so a rang strait away to the defect rating dept got a lovely Irish guy who before id even finished said so we are going ahead and remove that feedback ,.. Which he did ,,while i was still speaking to him,,, RESULT!!
