verification calls from ebay

keep getting verification calls from ebay asking what im selling and my id what does this mean getting quite anoying i m only selling 2 things

really unusual, usually only on suspicious goods somehow, pm me if you want about what you sell. I dont get them, just let them hit answerphone if possible, can you divert those lines to a mobile.

does ebay has any reasons to be suspicious about this account?

i personally have ⊗⊗⊗⊗ phone numbers on some of my accounts, so if they call me for verification purposes i'd have a problem. but i never had any calls on the accounts where i do have my proper phone number on either...

agreed, whilst best to have a working number even if you add a mobile later, Ive never had a call on dozens of accounts about my stock, never, thats why there is something amiss with so many calls on just one account, if has probably something to do with amount of money or high end/risk product...
