Stealth account - what's to stop original owner from taking back?

You buy a stealth account.
The original owner keeps an eye on the account created.
They keep track of the ID - so ID changes, they know all about.

One day... they want to cause trouble and try and get the account back from eBay. What is to stop them doing this??

If you buy from a trusted seller on Aspkin, you can contact a mod and it would jeopardize their established trust in the community and/or get banned.

Also changing password and other details (once the account is more established) will keep them from doing that.
