Default pay pal

hi can some one help just logged on to my pay pal to get this message

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity on your account that's not in line with our User Agreement, and we can no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank account or credit card details linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we'll send you an email with instructions on how to transfer your money.

While you can try linking a new PayPal to your eBay generally it will only last for a few weeks before the new PayPal would also get limited

You can set a new Paypal as your payment e-mail for your 'payment policy' without actually linking the paypal account to your Ebay account (for paying the invoices, etc - you'll need to add a credit card to do that.)

This worked for me for most of the year, but recently I got an ID limit on any account I tried to do this with. I'm trying to narrow down why those limits are being imposed vs going the new account route for now.. but will probably just wind up having to spread everything around to different accounts.

Few people on this thread have post that what you are proposing to do is a risk.

Start fresh and stealth - and MULTIPLE accounts

I would start fresh, and spread sales over multiple accounts.

It's just the safer approach. Trying to salvage a half dead account - you're better off investing that time into setting up more accounts.

As others have said, those recycled accounts aren't guaranteed to last.

Yea, that is the process. Your Ebay account isn't suspended, so they don't care that your CC is in your name - because they already have that info.

The problem is when you link up the new PP account and start rolling a few hundred purchases a day through there, you'll hit the ID limit pretty fast. That means you'll still get $ rolling in but can't withdraw until you submit your ID documents and likely supplier information. I would have all of those documents ready to go for the new account before swapping it in so that you can upload it and see if the account will last.

The downside is that if they don't accept the ID as real, you may have a hard time getting the funds out of the account, even if they do a 180 day limit. I have a few that got the ID request that are waiting out a 180 day hold to see if they will release it anyways. I'm getting mixed reviews stating they will or won't, especially from other forum threads.
