No postage

Paypal asks to provide invovices and proof of postage but what if you havent got this information as the items you sell are like software and services etc they even say add tracking in everytime this is when your limited

Just send empty envelopes to the customers via royal mail signed for delivery. Provide those tracking number to paypal

For electronic services I've successfully had limits lifted by attaching screenshots of the e-mail exchange of the digital delivery.
