Default Amazon postage not enough
I bought postage on Amazon for one of my orders few months ago, went to the post office with the item and had to pay extra!, Amazon's version of what the cost of UK postage was, did not cover the actual cost, in fact it was a fair bit short. I have never bought their postage since.

Amazon Canada and US (for me at least) has never provided fair cost estimates.
