Re-starting eBay / need help avoid linking

been working for a few eBay companies for the past 5 years and now i'm starting to start my own company, took me a long time to verify my new identity with eBay but i got a new problem though, they've linked up all my old companies account into my new business account according to eBay customer service , they've called me and ask if we're the same owner , of course the answer is no, but as you all knows what happens next, they still linked up with my old companies' account, therefore i was wondering how i can start fresh.

All my current home computer / laptop / office computer / iPhone /iPad has previously logged in my ex-companies' account.

some say eBay can trace router / computer mac address. While some told me they can only trace cookies / flash objects. Therefore i was wondering if anyone can tell me if i need to buy a new set of computer / router / iPhones to avoid linking ? or do i need to just change all their mac address and never log in old accounts ever again.

i've read though the book , just wanted to double confirm because i don't want to spend months of time re-applying for a business account again.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

No need to buy all that stuf you are good to go with what you have providing that you clear all cookies or create ne user accounts.

EB or PP can't see you MAC address but flash objects and pictures exif data are dangerous.

Follows what the guide says and get some infos from the forum

Phones apps are dangerous too... be careful.

Probably going to format all computers then ~ Thank you very much for your re-assurance ! what about phone app ? does resetting the phone to factory setting going to help with that ?

ah okay gotcha ! thanks rsot ! been using them ever since to keep track, but now i guess i have to delete them all
