these any good for paypal and ebay? couple of sites tried but dont seem to work with paypal anyway

Google Voice used to work. I don't know if it still does. Its been a couple of years since i used it. Could always pay someone in the UK or w.e country you need to get a burner sim and give you the codes you need

I've been searching for a proxy SIM server i.e a server with lots of real sims are you could rent use of 1 sim for a fee .. don't know if this exists but it would great if someone setup

Never use the free "SMS Verification" websites, which publicly use the same phone number for everyone.

Even if it works, you are asking to be limited, as there's probably about 100 different accounts associated with the same number -- the same concept applies to any service which recycles its mobile numbers.

I am sure there are lots of reliable options for this on the forum, however, for the simplest approach, order an EE sim card and use that number, to be certain it is fresh and PayPal won't detect anything untoward with it.

If making stealth accounts in bulk, please consider a method outlined by the previous poster above, but ensure the numbers are not pre-used.

The reason that some virtual mobile numbers do not receive PayPal's messages, is because some providers purposely block it to prevent financial fraud connected to their numbers. Otherwise, the messaging service used by PayPal cannot accept the number for whatever reason they have determined.

get down to asda and buy an asda mobile (on EE) sim card for 50p . they are now issuing ones which you have up to end of july to initiate. they come with 10 mins talk 10 texts and 10 megs dats

Not sure about virtual mobiles, but I've got a pretty decent virtual landline method that works for eBay.
