 Unable To Purchase Stealth Guide - PLEASE HELP!!!
Hi, I've been trying to purchase the stealth guide now for the past 3 days but none of the available payment options are working. I firstly tried the normal option of paying via visa debit card however it kept coming up with the error message saying my zip code cannot be validated.
I can confirm that the address and post code I used are 100% correct, but after numerous attempts it just did not work. I've even tried using 2 different cards to pay however it just will not accept my zip code. I've even tried using my partners visa debit card with her address and details to see if that would work and it did not which makes me certain it is something to do with the website and not me.
I've tried the second option which is paying via PayPal however it is also not letting me pay via PayPal. It keeps coming up with the error message that there was an error communicating with PayPal. Please can you tell me how I am able to pay for the stealth guide. I am not sure why my post code is not working because that is my correct address.
After checking my bank account to see if any money had been taken out I was surprised to see that numerous '£1' had been taken out. I'm guessing that £1 got taken out of my bank account every time I tried to purchase the stealth guide. I contacted customer service directly from the 'https://www.auctionstealth.com/' website and they were unable to help. I explained my problem and they told me the only payment option available is via card, and the £1 that got taken out every time I tried to purchase the guide was standard procedure and it would be debited back into my account as the purchase was unsuccessful. Furthermore I even got told that they had now blocked my card and so I was unable to try again.
Please can someone help me with purchasing the stealth guide. I've been an active member on PayPal and eBay for over 2 years now, and in these 2 years I've had 4 very successful eBay shops come to an end because of my PayPal accounts being limited. It is only just I have found out about Aspkin and the Stealth Guide and I would love to get my hands on the Stealth Guide as I just know it will be beneficial to me.
Please someone help me!
