| e2free | 02-18-2018 05:12 PM | Re: Won Camcorder - Changed mind, don't want to proceed, what do I tell seller? Just drop the message that bid by mistake plz cancel the order if seller still fail to cancel or decline your request then simply pay and after getting item open return request
You will not loose anything |
Re: Won Camcorder - Changed mind, don't want to proceed, what do I tell seller? Listen to e2free and moving forward, do the research before making the purchase lucy - most of us are sellers here so it's annoying to the seller when the item has been won. Please don't repeat. |

The buyer is a looser in this case and should simply not pay. No need to play games with people. Absolutely nothing happens to bead beat bidders. No reason to screw with sellers.
People like you are what is wrong with ebay and amazon. |

People like you are what is wrong with ebay and amazon. | Check the op flag he is from uk under distance selling law buyer has 28 days to change his mind and return the item for full refund
Don't speed wrong info if you don't know anything about .uk.law
Batter to learn some research before advising others
I am seller myself and if I use your approach my account will shutdown within months
Sometime buyer send cancellation request even after dispatching the order still have to listen to them and act to cancelling the order
If I or any seller argue with them it's always bad for seller-ve feedback return case or item not as described case then paying return postage and so on |

Under these regulations, a buyer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. There are some exceptions though.
My advice would have been to politely ask the seller to cancel the order BEFORE they send it as the seller would lose the cost of sending too through no fault of their own. The seller has to refund the basic cost of shipping under this law. You have to pay for the return yourself. |

| Dude, I am not talking about a law. I am talking about being a good person.
I am saying it is a SHAME for a dead beat buyer to do this. Yes, people like you who pay for things they dont want and return them to cause a seller more time and money are losers.
I never said it was against the law. I am saying DONT be a looser like you keep suggesting. Just dont pay for something if you dont want it.
Learn to read before stating someone ignorant. Every time I read one of your posts you strengthen my assumption of you being a ****ty buyer we all hate. |

You disgust me. It's a shame they let people like you on ebay.
Lucy, as stated several times now, ask if they will cancel the order. If not, just don't pay. And quit bidding on sh*t you don't want. :argue: |

What would you Do? Say to buyer *** off and pay for item
Or simply send cancellation request?
If I was in this situation then I simply cancel the order in buyer request
If seller don't cancel even on polite request from buyer then in my opinion he deserve to be treated like this |
