Id just like to ask your professional opinions on this situation.

My stealth has been limited.

well, its a real account ive had since 2006 and i havnt used it. If i did, it would be linked to a banned account now.
so i changed my address, added a bank, added a card, added a phone.

I then listed some digital items on ebay some xbox 48 hour codes. ( i know digital bad ect, but thats all i have atm )

It was limited "medium" and they want info.

My issue is, the pp account is in my real name but ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address.
do i upload my REAL driving license in my real name and real address (one that was one there originally )

Or should i Photoshop my address to the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one?

I just dont know if they can check now if the address matches the driving license.

utility bill im going to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ obviously.

There's no way to check the address on a driving licence is correct unless you give the third party authorisation to do so.

If you PS skills are good then get creative. Alternatively, do you have a passport? There is no address on them. Even if you don't you can get a new one in a week or two & will probably work out cheaper than paying someone else to get creative for you.

I suggest you update the address in Paypal before you send them the DL. Update it to be as close as your real address but still different from the banned address. This way it will be easier for you to Photoshop your DL. Then send them the Driving Licence

Pretty solid advice given so far, how did you get on?
