Try a vanilla prepaid card from the supermarket. Its will need to pass the avs check so register it at your stealth address.

I thought with those cards you can't put money on to them? I'm sure in previous posts a user said that eBay/Paypal want to send an amount to the card??

Vanilla cards have £25 pre loaded on them.

The page that is being displayed is because there is no card attached to PayPal. In some cases, even when a card is attached to PayPal, the page still appears.
If you add the card to that box, the card gets added to PayPal. Its then up to you whether you confirm the card with PayPal or not.


If you choose a card as the automatic payment method, then ebay will take a £1 payment from the card doing this skips the need to add a card to paypal (for the time being atleast)

Man this is an issue, I bought a verified account and it won't let me sell either. Asking me to contact Ebay customer service. I am going to purchase a few more items and hope for the best in another couple of weeks.

Well, obviously I can't do that. What if they ask for address verification to be sent to them?

One question about VCC - what type of card are they? How to find supermarket which offer VCC? What I must ask in the shop? Are they some kind of gift cards?

P.S. I live in small country and this will be hard task

You can gets prepaid cards and register stealth info to it, so it matches the one on the PayPal account.

i.e. those found in Morrisons and many other supermarkets.

Most of the cards you find in supermarkets will work just fine. Alternatively you have the forum marketplace where working, tried and tested VCCs are being sold.

I always use a Morrison card and made 5 stealth accounts with them why is this thread saying it dont work when you list an item ???

These cannot be topped up. They are available in £25, £50 and £100 which you pay at the till along with the fee.

You can buy them in numerous denominations. Best to ask if they have any that are re loadable if that's what you're after.

I dont get this ,...if you do what it says on instruction video to open up a stealth paypal and ebay ie, mobile phone .supermarket card ,bank account ,get them all verified then link it to ebay are you saying ebay will ask you for a card before you can list anything ?
