Is anyone else having this problem with Ebay UK?

I tried to make a listing, but I cannot select the boxes for returns, hence I cannot make listings

I haven't seen that one yet, but ebays definitely very buggy lately. Lots of annoying glitches and the like.

You can bypass the problem by creating a business returns policy.

That's a neat workaround.

Alternatively i'd advise you to try logging in using a different browser to see if that helps.

Nah, a tech guy from eBay told me the workaround. They have been working on this issue for a while now, so another browser would produce the same error I'd imagine. Still, the policies (payment,postage,returns) are quite handy to have set up anyway.

Not working, or at least I think that's the case...

eBay is a minefield to navigate but I believe I've completed the 'correct parts' for this bug to resolve. Maybe (hopefully?) I'm wrong though!

Interestingly, I've seen eBay admit to this bug on Twitter - no ETA provided, and lots of people moaning. Shoddy outfit. I've checked again today and still not fixed.

Click Opt In and create your return policy - then you should be good to go :)
