PP Transaction not changing to 7 days

Hi guys,

I have marked several transactions as 'dispatched' within ebay which then automatically marks those transactions within PayPal as 'Sent'. Usually after a short time, the 21 day release date changes to 7 days (or sometimes 10).

However, on all on my recent transactions, the release date has remained at 21 days. Previous transactions all went to 7 days (same EB/PP account).

Anyone else seeing this or have any advice.

eBay is being very glitchy lately.

I would assume when you're marking as dispatched on eBay it's not relaying that information back to PayPal. If so, go under each PayPal transaction and mark it as sent there (add tracking info if you have it).

Adding a tracking number fixes this normally, but there are so many changes going down in eBay Towers at the moment, this could just be another thing added to their mountain of brokeness!
