One on a left is 2011 one on the right is 2009 .
Left one using chrome, right one using mozzila.

I mean I would like the £10 saving across all the accounts.
I don't understand????

Most likely a glitch. £19.99 was the old price. That went up last year. Seems that particular account didn't get the memo, so still has the old pricing. Try and subscribe to the service, see if it actually gives it to you for £19.99. I have a feeling it will still charge you the new rate.
