Lightbulb Paypal— issue with account

Hi i would like to ask if anyone have had the same problem as I have at the moment. My account used to be limited and frozen for 180 days- after 190 days i received an e-mail from them my money is available to withdraw. I had to also send them documents which were fine. But for days and days I am having an issue to withdraw money to my uk bank account. My previous account did not have any problems .. a text which there always is is “ there is an issue with your account .. you can contact us for help resolving It.. “ i really dont know what to do .. dont want to call them thank you

Did they ask you for IDs after you received the email that 'money is available to withdraw'?

What ammount are you trying to withdraw? Did you have the bank account previously added?

Why don't you want to call them? if the account is limited anyway what have you got to lose?

If you have the sufficient documents like you say surely a phone call would be the best solution to find out the issue.

A few years back I've read in here that calling PayPal for a man name account with female voice is not a problem.

Just pretend to be that man... they cannot question why a man has a female voice... privacy and stuff.

You can use the message centre if you don't want to call or contact them on Twitter. Response times are fairly slow but they will get back to you eventually.

You need to reply back to the automated message. Try messaging to a different department and not limitations.

Could be your ID is poor quality.

When you use PayPal's message centre, you will nearly always get an automatic reply. Wait for that reply, then reply back to that email with your query.

Usually takes a few minutes to get that automatic reply.

Best thing to do is before you submit your message on message centre, copy it, then paste it when you get that auto reply email.
