Slight issue with my Paypal account.

Just moved homes, and think I messed up a bit grrrr.

Added a new account and cards etc. But I couldn't sent payment via instant bank transfer (option was greyed out).

So I added a debit card and the option was still greyed out. Any idea why ?

Then I proceeded to add my credit card, and paypal would add it saying that card can't be added again. Realised it was already added to an old account, but no idea when or which.

I immediately changed the address on my paypal account (anything but mine) and will be closing the account shortly. Everything is still fine, no limitation etc.

Will be opening a fresh account with new bank + new cc (all in my name) + new ip + email + dob etc. once I've closed this.

Am I doing it right ? Please advise.

Edit: Will also be attaching the new paypal to my 6 year old ebay account registered in a different country. Have already changed the delivery address etc. to the UK as directed by ebay. Will that be ok ? The account has never been suspended and the paypal account attached to it is also 6 years old (registered in a different country so can't use it obv.)
