I wouldn’t worry about it. I use multiple accounts daily. I’ve picked up 23parcels with 5 different names on Sunday. Not one problem.

I just gave them the codes and the surnames.

If they ever questioned it, I’d simply just state there my business partners. Although never been questioned in the last year that I’ve used click and collect.

I run about 25 accounts.

I buy a lot of supplies through ebay.

So click and collect is convenient for me, specially with a lot of addresses

It depends on who's attending to you. Once, I bought a microwave oven as a gift. The girl at Argos interrogated me so much I thought it was a high-level job interview.
She rang eBay to say my postcode was afar from the collection store and wanted them to speak to me about it.
eBay CS was a gentleman. He made me confirm the full name, address and mobile phone number ( which I knew by memory)
People are generally friendly but I guess she was having a bad day.

These days, I have spread my collection point across three of the closest stores to me and never use a store more than once a week.
