Always good to space things out when dealing with different names - any service

Anyone can pick a parcel up with the collection code, just say its a friend or relatives. Might look suspicious if you're picking up for 5+ names though

I dont think they ask for the name... at least i've never been asked.

For the most part, if the code matches, they seem fine with it.

It varies from store to store. I've been asked for first name mainly and some ask for surname. I think it's only to help them locate the parcel though

I don't think they will be trained to refuse the parcels in that situation but I'd say depending on the person they may seek some advice from management. You could space the collections to be safe or enlist some help if you need them quickly.

I collect around 5-10 parcels a day all in different names, never had a problem although I do go a couple of times a day.... I just always state surnames after they ask for the code. Not been asked once why there different names.

A few of argos stores around here so i just spread the collections out between them. They usually ask for my name if i dont state it.
Dont think the argos staff care as long as the code matches and its off their hands .

Odds are he was probably collecting, to then deliver them. Shutl used to offer such service for those who cant make it into store to collect, they dont anymore.

All that's needed is the pick up code. The name is just to help them identify the parcel quicker

Usually i will have a difficulty collecting my parcel if Argos assistant is Indian. I think in India there are a lot scammers and they are very vigilant. I don't know maybe its just with me

If all they need is a code and the name doesn't matter I don't see that being an issue

Just kick off a fuss if they refuse to give it to you and site their terms & conditions in which it says just the code is needed.
