Hi. THere was many threads, but I didn't find satisfactory answer.

1. Is there any chance to lift suspension for listing and revising items on UK non stealht acc ( my real name, but different address) , I am way over vat threeshold?

Is HMRC somehow connected with eBay so eBay/HMRC can check if the VAT numbers registered name&address matches your eBay's registered name&address?

2. non UK ebay, selling on eBay, stealth account, they deteled all my listings on UK, didn't touch my selling privileges on other non UK eBay sites. Is there anything I can do about it?

If its a non stealth account, then supposedly your VAT name/address would match with eBay?

VAT details are stored on a public database. Anyone can pull the name/address associated with it.

Under uk law overseas seller required to reguster for vat does not matter about limit

As play mention vat database can be access easily

Anyone can see details on the VAT database so they are going to need to match

I forgot to say, I don't have a VAT number, don't wanna get one, don't have a company.
