New ebay/paypal stealth account, how many items can i sell

Hi all,

I should be able to start selling in a few days but what is a safe ammount of items that i can list. I will be selling i phone cases and i have 500 of them will only be selling for £4.95 each.

I also have a few mobile phones from china only got 7 of them price around £60-70.

Would i be safe in selling this ammount of stock with out ebay/paypal getting suspicious.

I wouldnt sell the phones at all. for first month at least, the other stuff is fine as long as its not branded..

i sold £2000 worth of stuff im my first 6 weeks started off really slow at the start with auctions then buy it now then opened up a shop when i had more sales

Thanks for your replies, the cases have a apple logo on them should that cause a problem. Loads of the same design sell on ebay daily.

well if these items sell in big quantities for sellers you may be ok, have a look at you competitors feedback and items for sale, but they maybe registered for longer so can take knocks, looking at how others list is best way to figure it out
