Why UK stealth? You are in the US? Speak to sellers in the marketplace about UK accounts.

I'd say one month is more than enough to read the guide and make an account the first time.

Some may need a little longer to grasp things.

It sounds as if you would be much better just buying an account on the marketplace. Just check marketplace and accounts for sale, sellers will give you a guide as-well with the account.

I would not recommend a UK as you wont have a UK bank to add to it. If your making it yourself you will struggle to get everything needed, UK No. VCC etc.

- mask you computer (use virtual machines or anti detect tool or dedicated servers)
- mask your IP (ssh much better then VPN)
- find new phone numbers (the easiest point, just google)
- think about registration details. If we are talking about UK, take care bout Electorall Roll
- concerning bank account, there are a lot of mobile only banks in UK that will provide you with sort code and account number in minutes.

If they will ask for documents, also there are plenty ways to deliver it to them. You can use google also

I seriously hope you don't do that. It's certainly not 'advice' you should be giving other people.

You should not be using real people's details since that would be identity fraud. Bad advice.

What if you use your friend's details? If you withdrawing money to your bank account it's seems to be same situation in the eyes of the law? Isn't it?

I guess if you have their permission and willing to say that your fine. But i am no Lawyer. But i have never had issues using random names so their is no need really.

So you just make completely new person details? Never had any problems with limits removing? proof of Id or address,bank statements etc? I'm considering opening account on my friends name. I think it will be much easier.

Yep, always done this and never failed with removing limits. But you can also check the advice of seniors members who have run probably run a lot more stealth than me.

I dont really see any issue using your friends details, along as they are fine with you doing that. Whatever works best for you.

ok guys. stealth accounts should be really stealth to not to attract unwanted attention

If your friend is OK with it and they dont nor will ever want an eBay or PayPal then it can work

There will be tax implications for them though that you have to also take into account
