I used the app on my phone which I also used a suspended account on, can they link the two?

Yes. Delete the APP and dont use it again on that phone

Avoid ever using eBay, PayPal apps.

If you need to keep a tab on your accounts, having access to the emails on your phone is the best way.

They can, but it doesn't mean they will.

I used the app for multiple accounts, one got suspended... and the rest are still fine now years later.

The app can read too much information, which in turn will most certainly link and suspend any future accounts you add to the app.

Your situation is an exception - for general safety for the OP...best to avoid using this app

I know you shouldn't use the apps as a precaution

I'm just giving a balanced viewpoint from my personal experience.

A lot of people jusy regurgitate stuff they've read here with no personal experience.
