Can’t submit dob on paypal

Hi guys

I’m having trouble entering my dob on PayPal. When I enter save and close it and then I can’t submit for some reason? I have tried different browsers not sure what the issue is? Any help

It may be a good idea if you either call in, or chat with PayPal support team to see if they can manually enter this for you from their side. Might be a glitch.

It's happening when signing up through eBay for the last few days.

I've started signing up directly at PayPal to bypass the issue until it goes away.

Had this issue. I called in and the rep fixed it immediately. Asked for the DOB and they entered it manually.

Called in today, they couldnt enter the date of birth manually due to data protection. They have advised me to send in copy of ID to the link they have provided via email.

A easier way to get it entered is to upgrade to a business account. Choose sole trader and you wont have any issues

Thanks for your advice James. What is the difference between normal and business account? Would I also need to upgrade my eBay to business account?

Not much of a difference really. You'll just have a slightly different interface on PayPal.

You wont need to upgrade your eBay.
